Equipment that has not been used, is not damaged, and remains in its original packaging can be returned. Used equipment will be evaluated individually to determine return eligibility.

Return Conditions

To return a product, it must be in excellent condition, free of wear or damage. Please retain all delivery documents, invoices, and the original packaging of the product.

Return Costs

Generally, return costs are borne by the customer. In exceptional cases (e.g., if the product is defective or does not match the description), Wells Implement Inc will cover the return shipping costs.
